Review: Dolly Eye Natural 3 Tones Blue

Lenses in case
Hello dears! Some months ago I decided to purchase this pair of lenses for future cosplay projects. My eyes are already blue, but I wanted them for the enlargement effect, not the colour. And this three tones blue looked gorgeous when I saw photos online!

They came very nicelly packaged in a box and the shop sent a free lens case along the lenses.

Lenses in vials
I took them out of the vials and let them rest overnight in solution.
I did my makeup first (even though putting lenses in first and then doind the makeup is what is normally indicated) so you can see my eyes wihout the lenses.

Comparison

PROs:
  • Very comfortable lenses! The most comfortable I have purchased up to now.
  • The three tones help blend in the colour to make it look more natural (this is specially recomended if you're wearng lenses that aren't your same eye colour)

CONs:
  • Very little enlargement effect.
  • Look much darker when worn than in vial.

Quick update ♥

Hello dears~!

I'm sorry I haven't made any updates lately.
University is ocupying all my time, some days I start at 9 AM and don't finish until 9 PM. I have just enough time to arrive home, have dinner, take s shower and go to sleep. I also have an upcoming Con, so I occupy my weekends sewing my cosplay.
I have been preparing a couple of reviews of circle lenses and BB creams for you, though. I hope I can have them up soon ♥

Buyincoins Haul + Review.

Hello dears!
Some months ago I bought some stuff from Buyincoins. I was searching for a specific pair of shoes and a friend stumbled upon them on this site. Since it has free shipping I thought "Why not aswell get something else?" and ended up buying other stuff.
Here I will leave you a review of both their service and the stuff I bought from their site.

First, on to the stuff I got:

Spiked Headband

Can be found here.
Not much to say about this one. I like it very much, but don't wear it too often because the headband isn't very tight on my head so I slides off. Can also be purchased with golden studs instead of silver ones.

Pastel Goth Eyeballs

Can be found here.
The ones I got sent where like this; bent. Tried several times to make it go straight, but it just eventually curls back.
In the stock images, some appered to be headbands and others hair clips, so I wasn't really sure which I was going to recieve. You can choose colors, but yet again the stock photos were confusing: In some images the black bow one had green irises, and in others it was blue.
As for the clip itself, I guess it's average. Doesn't really grip well on the hair if you use thin locks.

Pimple/Blackhead tool

 Can be found here.
I purchased a pack of two, but it can also be purchased in a pack of 5 and a pack of 20.
I really do like that it comes in a little protective plastic, because one of the sides is very sharp!
As for the took itself... I have tried, and it doesn't work very well for me.
Since you have to press, it only works on places where you have a bone under, like your forehead or your chin. Doing it on more soft spots like your cheeks and nose will not work.

Black cat shoes

 Can be found here.
This was the product I was after. I saw a photo of them whilst lurking arround and fell in love with them! At first I was worried: buying a pair of shoes I had never tried on before could be a big problem. What if they were too big? Or too small?
But when they arrived they fitted perfectly! I was so pleased! Even though they're wedges, I can walk in them for hours and my feet won't hurt. I was totally in love with them at first. How not to be? They were so nice in so many aspects.
But after wearing them for only three times, the buckle broke. Turns out it was made out of plastic and not metal as I thought in the first place. Now they sit in a corner, sad and unused, waiting for me to figure out a way to fix them.

Cross Leggings

Can be found here.
These are fine, I guess. A but too thin, but fine I guess. Only problem is that they're onesize, and when they stretch they become see-through. They may also be a bit too short on taller girls.
I've only tried them on, haven't used them yet, so I can't say much about it.

Galaxy Leggings

Can't remember the exact model, search "galaxy" on the site and many will come up.
Oh boy if these made me sad... They were so nice! The print quality is great, the material is thick so it's great for wearing during winter, and they fit me perfectly. I expected them to fade if I stuck them in the washing machine, but they didn't!
But after wearing them for some time they just ripped. Right. In. The. Crotch. No way I can stitch that back up wihout giving it a weird seam in the wrong place.

Cat tights

Can be found here.
Loved these, they're so cute! I have another pair which are rabbits, worn them both just 2 times each, and I have nothing bad to say about them. I think they're the only product I have nothing negative to say about. Will definitively purchase more in the future.

Buyincoins review

Even though I'm not that pleased with some of the products I bought from here, I can't really blame it on them since they're not the manufacturers, they just sell the stuff.
Shipping is free worldwide, prices are really low (in exchange of some low quality products, though) and the customer service is great. English is not their first language but they do speak it (or rather, type it) pretty well.
A good thing about the page is that it has a forum and the product page allows people to add photos and reviews to it of the items they've recieved.
Shipping, however, wasn't that good. It took nearly two months to arrive, and the tracking code wasn't working.
If I had to rate it from 1 to 10, it'd be a 5. I'm not sure if I'll be buying from here again, but if I do I'll be avoiding clothing items.

Review: TONYMOLY Petite Bunny Gloss Bar #6 juicy orange

He's cute, he's angry, and he smells like fresh citrus. It's Tonymoly's Petite Bunny Gloss Bar in Juicy Orange!
This is currently one of my favourite lip products, so I couldn't hold back on making a review for it!

Just as usual, Tonymoly doesn't fail to impress us with it's adorable packaging. All of the gloss bars have this cute rabbit design on the cap, each one with a different facial expression.
#6 is a angry bunny! But don't fear, he's only like that on the outside: inside he's pretty sweet!

Even though the container is pink, the actual product is more of an orange color

On to the swatches!

On hand

Without vs. With

The first thing you'll notice when you put it on is it's smell: sweet and fruity! It lists it as orange, but it personally reminds me more of a tangerine due to it's sweetness.

It's not very pigmented so I had to build it up with a couple of layers, but please have in mind it's not a lipstick: it's a lipbalm (or gloss bar, as they called it).

I'm very pleased with how moisturizing it is. When I can't find my regular lipbalm chapstick I use this instead, and it works just as good.

PROs:
  • Sweet, nice scent
  • Very moisturizing
  • Glossy finish
  • Buildable
  • Inexensive

CONs:
  • Not very pigmented

Review: Etude House Blooming Lips-talk - RD304

Hello sweethearts! I recieved this lipstick some months ago and finally decided to do a review for it. I hope that you'll find it usefull! I've been huge an Etude fan for some years now, but finding their products is a bit difficult for me since I don't live in Korea.

It comes in this pretty packaging with the name of the product and the brand. I got it in the shade RD304, which is listed as a red colour, but there are many other ones you can choose from.

And this is the actual lipstick. Yet again, the packaging is what made most of us fall for this product. Whilst nearly all my lip products from other brands come in plain, dark-colored containers, this lipstick really stands out! The cap reminds me of a tulip, and the bow is such a cute detail! It also has the same heart and crown design that appears on the box engraved on the bullet (which I failed to notice whilst taking the photos because I have the bad habit of not pushing the lipstick out completely).

Now avant! On to the swatches, my dears! :

Switchie swatchie on the back of my hand.

 Without vs. With

Even if it's listed as a red, I would definitively say it's more of a pinkish coral.

It smells very nice (sweet?) and contrary to what I thought it would be like when I saw the bullet, it's quite creamy. It's very moistfull and gives your lips a slight glossy finish!

I must recomend exfoliating your lips before wearing it, though.

The downside comes with it's duration: I had to constantly be re-applying it. After two hours it was gone, and it doesn't last if you eat. So I stuck it in my purse and kept applying it on throughout the day.
It also stained my lips, but that may have something to do with them being chapped that day.

PROs:
  • Warm coral color
  • High pigmentation
  • Nice scent
  • Moistfull
  • Creamy texture
  • Reasonable price

CONs:
  • Doesn't last long
  • Possible stain...?

Review: Sweet Bunny Ears Hoodie

Hello dears! I bought this hoodie online some months ago and I finally decided to do a review of it.

I bought it from Taobao, being this the link for it: [x], though there are many other stores that sell it.
It is available in either pink or white, and in sizes S, M and L. I chose Pink/M.

  •  This is the stock photo:

  • This is what I got:

 PROs:
  • Soft material on the outside, and it is quite warm. Wore it with a t-shirt under on a slightly cold autumn day, and I ended up having to take it off because I was too hot!
  • Adorable two-toned rabbit ears attached to the hoodie.

  • Little cute tail on the back. And in case you want to take it off, or place it further up/ down: it's detachable!

CONs:
  • Very poor sewing job. Stitches in the inner lining aren't straight ad generally not done well, had some loose threads I had to cut.

  • Sleeves are too short. I could've done with a size S but picked a size M to avoid this happening, since asian girls tend to be more petite and the item was coming from an asian manufacturer. However, it seems that it still wasn't large enough: If I stretch out my arms, it's too short!
